Peanut Butter & Banana Popcorn
Drizzled with a peanut butter caramel, this crowd-pleasing popcorn is dotted with crunchy peanuts and sweet banana chips.

Ingredients
- 8 cups popcorn
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (any kind)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup banana chips
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
Directions
- Line large baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray large bowl with nonstick cooking spray.
- Transfer popcorn to prepared bowl.
- In medium saucepan set over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in brown sugar and bring to a boil. Boil, stirring frequently, for 3 minutes. Stir in peanut butter, vanilla and salt; bring back to a boil.
- Drizzle peanut butter caramel evenly over popcorn. Sprinkle with banana chips and peanuts. Toss to combine.
- Transfer popcorn to prepared pan, spreading to even layer. Let stand until firm and cooled completely.
