Lime and Chocolate Popcorn
Lime and chocolate make this popcorn treat just the right amount sweet and sour.
Yield: 6 Cups
Ingredients
6 cups plain popcorn
1/3 cup butter, melted
2-3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/3 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons lime zest
1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate, melted
Directions
- Place the popcorn in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the butter, sugar, sea salt, lime juice, and lime zest in a bowl.
- Pour over the popcorn, and toss together until coated. Spread out on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate and allow to cool.
